Words wouldn’t be enough to express the value of the course and it’s exciting content. I have completed 4 different course on properties and the various strategies prior to attending PMW. The difference is huge. They were good, I wouldn’t take any credit away from them however Paul’s course was outstanding. It’s content-packed, exciting and new strategies that were never mentioned in any of the previous ones I did. The staff at PMW were excellent, a great team to have around.

I have recently completed Paul's property protege course and I was blown away by the volume of information included in the course. Not only did the course go deep into property strategies but I also learned the importance of having the correct mindset and the go get it attitude. Having several guest speakers at the event whom are all very knowledgeable and successful in their own specialist field was also extremely beneficial for me. The content provided pre course, at the event and post event is superb and gives you the foundations and confidence to go out and succeed in the property world. It covers all aspects required to succeed from mindset to investment strategies and provides value to both the complete novice like myself to the experienced professionals shown by re attendance of some big hitters within the tribe at the event The access to the instant network via the tribe is worth the costs of the course in itself. Having a network of people who are there to support you on your journey, answer your questions, do deals and joint venture with and genuinely want to see you succeed in property is second to none.

The content these guys provide is so strong, you will leave this course eager to get going in the property world. I had a buy to let purchase deal in progress prior to attending on a basic BTL mortgage, my total investment should have been £54k, but after learning different ways of financing & speaking with the right people I got this down to just over £23k using methods I had never heard of, my original broker didn’t even know either, this leaves me funds to go get my second. The content provided over the 4 days would take an individual with no experience years to gain & not to mention the cost of the mistakes that they drum into you not to make. This course is worth every penny.
